If only I could just "find" money like this in my personal life. No need for six million dollars; hey, I'd settle for just sixty. But in any case I'm glad that money was found for basic city services in danger of being cut.
Although some would argue that they aren't "basic", most notably the mayor's office who prioritized the budget. Not that anyone could look at the potential cuts and come up with a solution that didn't cause some objection.
